Stitches
The Juki comes with just one stitch. It is not for beginners or people who are looking for a sewer for decorative purposes.
Nevertheless, the sewer provides high-quality stitches and gives you the professional look that can compete with an industrial sewer.
The machine works at a speed of 1,500 SPM (this is far greater than a normal sewer). This is highly advantageous, especially when you have loads of heavy fabrics to work on.
Automated threader and cutter
The sewer comes with an automated threader function. However, it does take time to get it right. Simply put, it is not pretty easy and straightforward.
It is also provided with an automated thread cutter. The thread cutter is controlled through a knob on the pedal.
Presser feet
The sewer comes with three presser feet – standard feet, even-feed foot, and ⅕ inch quilting foot.
Large workspace
The sewer comes with a 23 inch work area which is a pretty decent amount of space to work on.
It is also provided with an extension table just in case you have long fabrics to work on.
Up/Down Needle Control
There is an automated needle control mechanism. You don’t have to raise and lower the needle manually every time. This is quite convenient especially when you’re working around edges and corners.
