What I Like

The Rowenta Steam Force is the best Rowenta iron on the market. You can purchase this iron and be sure that it will get the job done. It’s packed with features and a design that makes it more efficient and easy to use.

One unique feature is its built-in electronic steam burst and steam control combined with its patented 400 microhole soleplate. A soleplate that is only found on two other models.
This is a technology exclusive to the Rowenta Steam Force. The steam generator delivers 210gm/minute of steam providing 30% more steam output than other Rowenta irons.
This model has one of the best non-stick stainless steel soleplate offering effortless gliding on all fabrics.

It also features a 3-way automatic safety shut-off system that allows the iron to shut down automatically after a period of dormancy.

This smart system controls steam subject to the motion of the iron.
When there is no motion detected, the iron automatically cuts down the steam. This is an energy saver indeed.

What I Dislike

No iron will come without its faults.

My first major issue with the Rowenta Steam Force is that it’s heavy. If you’re looking for a lightweight option this is not the best option.

It‘s also relatively large which can make it a bit bulky to handle.

The other issue with this iron is that the small tank is relatively small compared to other irons. This means you will need to refill your water tank often.

Some users complain that the water tank is blue which makes it hard to determine where the water line is. While this can be an issue for some I’ve found it relatively easy to see the waterline.
Positives
Extremely powerful iron with 1800 watts capacity
The LED display screen for effortless temperature reading.
With 210 grams per second of steam burst for instant results
The steam motion sensor controls steam production
Anti-calc and self-cleaning functions make maintenance easy
High-end nonstick stainless steel soleplate is prefect for all fabric
Negatives
The Rowenta Steam Force is relatively heavy
The water tank requires frequent refills
It is a bit pricey
The water tank is not entirely visible

Who Should buy

This is the best Rowenta sewing machine on the market. If you don’t want to do too much research when buying an iron then this is the best option.

The Rowenta Steam Force is an iron that has all the features needed to tackle any ironing job.

This iron is on the more expensive side of Rowenta’s models. You can be sure that this iron will last a lifetime if you purchase it. If you’re not on a budget then this is a great option. If you’re on a budget then I recommend a less expensive model.

It is provided with a 10 oz water tank. It has a level pointer that shows the maximum fill level to avoid dripping. However, this iron releases a large amount of steam and therefore drains the tank much faster. This model also allows/recommends the use of tap water.
There is a steam burst concentration at the tip to remove wrinkles from even the most challenging fabric.

It makes it convenient to work on stubborn creases. The steam burst also helps in cleaning the iron for more efficiency.

It has an auto switch-off feature. When left unattended on an upright position the Rowenta Focus turns itself off after 8 minutes. When left on its base or tipped over, it automatically shuts off it 30 seconds. This could be a drawback for quilters who need the iron to remain hot.
This model comes with an “Anti-calc” feature. The Anti Calcium system removes minerals and scales that result from hard water buildup in your appliance.

The burst of steam feature is also quite effective in cleaning vents.
The integrated anti-calc system ensures that the scale does not build up and thus guarantees the longevity of the device.

What I Dislike

It gets a bit noisy when steaming on high, the cord is not retractable and it isn’t lightweight.

The high amount of steam drains out the tank much faster. Therefore it demands frequent refilling.
